How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on all our products. Since our items are custom-made, we ask for your patience with the process. The creation of products typically requires 2-7 business days, and shipping within the US takes an additional 3-7 business days.
Therefore, please allow a total of 5-14 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. We appreciate your understanding and are excited for you to receive your empowering products!

I'd like to return or replace my order.
Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at our store! We hope you love your purchase, but if there’s an issue or you’re not entirely satisfied, here’s how you can initiate a return:
- Eligibility Conditions: Please note that because we use a print-on-demand service with Printful, we can only accept returns for items that are faulty or not as described. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection if the product matches what was ordered.
- Contact Customer Service: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled item, please contact us within 30 daysof delivery. Email us at dudedelusions@gail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos documenting the problem.
- Approval and Instructions: Once we receive your email and assess the situation, we’ll let you know if your return request is approved. If approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed, including where to send the faulty items. The return address will be provided directly to you during this communication to ensure accuracy.
- Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, or an exchange will be sent out as soon as possible.
Please note, all returns must be in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is returned because of a defect or misrepresentation.

I'd like to cancel my order.
We understand that sometimes you might need to cancel an order. Here’s what you need to know about canceling an order with us:
- Timing is Key: Due to the nature of print-on-demand, orders can only be canceled within a short window after they have been placed. Typically, you have up to 2 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. This allows us to halt the production process before it begins.
- How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at dudedelusions@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can stop the order from going into production.
- After the Cancellation Window: If more than 2 hours have passed or if the order has already entered the production process, we will not be able to cancel the order. Once an item is in production or shipped, it becomes subject to our return policy instead of cancellation.
- Refunds for Cancellations: If your cancellation request is successful and processed before the order enters production, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
